Croww

Privacy

Last updated October 25, 2026

You can use Croww without an account, and we don't track you. No ads, no tracking cookies, no analytics. The only personal details we keep are the name and email an organizer gives us when listing an event.

When you browse

We don't ask who you are and we don't follow you around the web. Croww doesn't use advertising, tracking cookies or analytics tools.

A few small settings are kept in your own browser, not on our servers: events you save and whether you picked Day or Night. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.

Your location

If you tap the location button, your browser asks your permission first. Your position is used only on your device to show how far things are. It is never sent to us or stored.

When you list an event

The add-event form asks for the event details plus your name and email. We use your email only to check the listing with you and to reach you about it. It is never shown on the site, sold or shared for marketing. The event details themselves are public once approved; that's the point of listing.

We keep your name and email while your listing is relevant and for a reasonable time after, in case questions come up. Ask us and we'll delete them sooner.

Services we rely on

Like any website, Croww runs on other companies' services. Your browser connects to them directly, so they see the technical details every website sees, such as your IP address and browser type.

Event links take you to the organizer's or ticket seller's own site. Their privacy policies apply there, not this one.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any email we've sent you about your listing and we'll answer within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

Children

Croww is for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect personal details from children.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and say so on the site.
